Wahaya is the word for wolf in Cherokee and as a totem animal symbolizes, amongst others, the traits of loyalty, friendliness, generosity, communicator and teacher. Lately, the wolf has been crossing my path frequently. It caught my interest to put its image on canvas. Many awesome wolf pictures can be viewed at http://www.firstpeople.us/FP-Html-Pictures/wolves_pg1.html
Wahayawise consists of three topics:
Art Gallery shows my recent art work in the form of oilpaintings. I paint all kinds of themes ranging from scenery, animals, cultures, people and buildings depending on my personal development and what caught my interest. I am part of the Palette Club of Ogden, Utah and sometimes display my work through their exhibits winning awards for some of my work. My style is mostly realistic. I have done quite a few portrait and nature scene commissions. Prints and commission work are available.
Keep It Simple shares my life-long experiences with health and diet. After having received many questions about how I keep in shape, the foods I eat and the way I keep my skin looking healthy, I decided to write it down. My knowledge and experience come mostly from Europe (Germany and Holland). It is based on natural, simple, small changes in habits resulting in big, long-lasting results. I'm providing this information with the hope it will help others.
Teachable Cat provides information and tips on training cats and shows off my cat family :). I've been the owner of several cats over the years and noticed that cats can be taught. In general, training animals takes time and patience. The cat is no different; however, most cats are intelligent and do need variety in some of their training routine. If you have additional ideas about cat training, I welcome your input.
